The moment your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your order number and a full summary of your purchase. This email can take a few minutes to arrive — if you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it still hasn't arrived, reach out to us at shop@zavina.co and we will get it resolved straight away.


📦 Processing & Preparation

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing your items for dispatch. Every order goes through a thorough quality check before it is packaged and handed to our delivery partner. This process typically takes 1–3 business days. We take the time to make sure your ZAVINA piece leaves us in perfect condition — because we know how much it means when it arrives.


🚚 Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way. Please note that after receiving your tracking number, it may take a few business days for the carrier to scan the package and for live updates to appear on our Track Your Order page. Our standard delivery window is 5–15 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
